What should I do with a gift I received with a security tag still attached?
I received gloves from a friend and the security sensor is still attached. The gift did not come with a gift receipt and it is not clear where they were purchased. What do I do? Thank you.
Hopefully your friend purchased it. Try and take it off yourself as long as it’s not one of those ones that has a little tank of red dye in there. If you try and open it it’ll explode in your face and put you in the hospital for a couple of days. If you can’t get it off yourself then the only way is to ask your friend for the receipt. If you take it to the store they probably won’t take it off for you unless you have a receipt.
