the ILPEx Silver Award for “Progress toward Excellence” is an annual award given to organizations that have demonstrated effective, systematic, well-deployed approaches that respond to the overall requirements of most items in the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence and are aligned with organizational needs that lead to sound and notable continuous improvement toward excellence. the Baldrige Criteria are modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the highest level of national recognition for performance excellence that a U.S. organization can achieve.
