Usually, one is tempted to gatecrash a really plush party. Obviously, when a card reads, VIP’S ONLY, very few are likely to be in the party. it is not much different then entering the party of your friend’s pal with a bottle of Champagne claiming to be the friend of Ralph. When you are attending a party, make sure you have handmade bags or other sustainable products so that when you get kicked out upon being recognized as imposters, you can still keep your pride.
This is in fact the most difficult part. unless you really have some upper contacts, in which case you won’t be reading this, there is a bit of homework required. nearly all media launch shows are incomplete without a party, be it a premiere of some movie, the launch of music record or some book, or initiation of an art gallery or theater.
Mostly all launch parties are invite only, so without a contact you do not stand a chance. doing a bit of heavy surfing may get fruitful though. At times, some shows have some press meeting, before it’s opened to public. you can get your name on mailing list or register for online tickets.
Once you got your entrance ticket, what are you waiting for In case it is a huge place, the moment you enter there, ask somebody, for instance the person functioning in the work area, about the reception. Presuming there is nothing wrong in the question, to whoever you ask will consider you an invited guest. Just remain confident or your nervousness will let you in.
Do not brag when you enter, but at the same time do not look as if you are sneaking in. Be comfortable and talk to your friends but try not to attract too much attention. Conversely, just be yourself.
When you are in the party be confident at all times. though you are gate crashing the event you are now in the company of big shots like actors, journalists and agents. now they are thinking that you are one of them. you should better have a nice cover story ready with you. it will make things go smooth. In case all your lies fail, stick to the basics. This way the person in conversation with you won’t suspect you.
When somebody famous comes in, do not point Simply recognize they are present and better not create a scene. Avoid playing with your handset or taking too many pictures. This will make you obvious and then there are chances of getting caught. Don’t be a drag in your conversation. Be polite and straight to the point.
Ensure you do enjoy the free buffet meal and bar, however do not get over indulged. Also, when you get drunk, there is a possibility of getting caught. In case you are caught, leave the party in dignity. do not go over the explanations. do not make it look fussy or get irritated when you are asked to leave. as that will only make things worse. if you are identified after you enjoyed that luxuries meal, then mission accomplished
