Jhessye Shockley Update: Mother Agrees to Lie Detector Test

It has been a month since Jhessye Shockley went missing. and with no solid leads, all we can do is hope that the authorities uncover something promising. Time is of the essence.
And hope is all the mother has at this point.
“… if I could take back Oct. 11 I would never have walked out that door to go run an errand. I am not claiming anything negative. I know in my heart that Jhessye is still with us here on earth. I’m not going to speak anything negative into existence because my faith tells me to do just that, to stay positive and to trust God,” said Jerice Hunter, mother of the missing child.
Hunter has agreed to take a lie detector test, and is requesting that her attorney be present. She has asked that the authorities take a closer look at 500 sex offenders residing in the area. Her other four children are still in custody of Child Protective Services.
