How to keep an egg safe from a 20 foot drop?
For my science class we are doing the classic egg drop. I need ideas on how to keep my egg safe from a 20 foot drop. Any ideas???
I assume you are not allow to use vinegar…
I assume 20 foot is not enough for a parachute to open up 100%..
I assume you cant attach a string to egg..
whats left..
consider: F total = F1+ F2+F3+F4….etc
when Ftotal is applied to one point of the egg, it will break but when F1, F2, F3, F4 is applyed seperatyly to different points of egg, it will not break…
so, use flexable sticks to seperate this Ftotal when it is applied.
